1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SquadLogger OÜ. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

SquadLogger is a sports performance analytics platform designed for professional sports teams and organizations. The Service is for performance monitoring purposes only and is not a medical device.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. To access certain features, you must create an account providing accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Subscription and Payment

SquadLogger offers various subscription tiers. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you upload and for obtaining necessary permissions from athletes whose data you process. We strongly recommend using anonymous identifiers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, and content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of SquadLogger. You retain ownership of your data but grant SquadLogger a license to store and process it to provide the Service and use aggregated data for research.

6. AI Technology Disclaimer

SquadLogger uses AI models which may produce errors or hallucinations. AI-generated insights should be validated by sports professionals and should not replace human expertise or judgment.

7. Medical Disclaimer

SQUADLOGGER IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. Any health concerns or injuries should be addressed by qualified healthcare providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquadLogger shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service or decisions made based on its outputs.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Tallinn, Estonia. You waive your right to participate in class actions.
